I have used many hosted and wordpress job board softwares, Jboard.io is my favorite. I would highly recommend Jboard to start your job board business.

What is Jboard?

Jboard is a Job board hosted/no code software designed to help businesses with creating, managing, and growing their job board website.

The things I liked about the JBoard job board software:

  1. Job Backfill Ready with Adzuna and Indeed, available immediately upon job board creation.
  2. Job Alert requests are displayed optimally for easy signups.
  3. Job wrapping is simple and easy, just insert a url and will import jobs, dynamically creating a employer page. This feature alone would cost alone $500-1000 a month if you hired a job scraping company.
  4. If the company is using pagination, it will import the latest page of 25 jobs. On a import site that has a large amountof daily jobs, the next 25 jobs will automatically import the next day.  If the import site is not using pagination, you can import all of the jobs at once; Example – SpaceX.com
  5. If you import jobs with the job wrapping and decided to stop importing from one company to use you site budget for another company, the company page will remain even though the jobs will not remain.
  6. The imported jobs indexed fast in google, bing, yahoo as well as Google For Jobs.  The imported jobs passed the Rich Snippet and Schema Test, required for indexing in Google For Jobs.
  7. Can Easily Assign Jobs to certain categories in the backend on all plans.
  8. XML File Import on the Standard and Advanced Plan.
  9. Auto Tagging on the Advanced plan, allowing the option to categorize jobs on import.
  10. The Social Sharing display for Facebook. Linkedin, Twitter, Etc. has a great feature that will display job title, Job Location. Company logo and Salary if available.
  11. Your keywords for SEO will grow fast with all of company pages/imported jobs created.
  12. Autotagger feature on the Advance plan lets you set up rules for job importation, saving time by having jobs automatically set to go to certain categories.

This is an awesome feature to apply rules to imported jobs, a big time saver.

Conclusion – I really could not find any con in this Job Board platform, it is well thought out and
