Tracket is a new job board software platform. I had an opportunity to speak with the founder of Tracket, Dave Glassanos.

How did you get involved in the Job Board Space?

I run a newsletter geared towards career advice for junior software developers. I ended up building a custom job board for my audience so they could find junior engineering jobs. While I was building the custom job board I noticed there was an opportunity to build a platform that would allow anyone to build a job board easily, similar to building a Shopify store or a WordPress site. I shifted my focus to making the job board platform customizable and made it as simple as possible to import job listings to get your job board up and running quickly.

How many Sourcestack import jobs are included with the starter plan and the growth plan?

You can import up to 1,000 jobs at a time with the starter plan, and up to 3,000 jobs at a time with the growth plan.

Is Tracket adsense/3rd party ads friendly?

Yes, Tracket themes are fully customizable, so you can add any HTML, Javascript, or CSS that you want. That includes adding Adsense tags or any other 3rd party scripts or tags. I also offer custom theme development if you need help setting or customizing a theme.

What is your roadmap for features you want to add in the next 1 year?

This next year I’m focusing on building out more themes so customers have more choices for the look and feel of their job board. Along with that I’m making sure that all themes are optimized for SEO and mobile support. I’m also planning to add search and filtering capabilities for job candidates and integrating with email providers so that job board administrators can build email lists and provide more value to their audiences.
